Can I have my saw in green?

Whilst most colours are achievable, lime green works best on new plastics. So be prepared for for the additional cost of new plastics which can be around £ 150.00

How does a rebuild work? - print page

Your saw is completely stripped and cleaned in our workshop. All parts are then assessed for wear and functionality. Your saw is rebuilt with genuine OEM parts and tuned and tested prior to being returned to you. 

How much is Porting?

Our Works Porting service starts at £ 250.00

How long does Porting take?

We aim to complete the work within a week of being booked in. 

Can I have my saw Ported?

Your saw needs to be in good working order, or have been through our rebuild service, before it can be ported.

Some 'homeowner' type saws are not advised for porting.

How do I book my saw in?

Book a time slot using our online diary system.  A week prior to your time slot, drain and box up your saw, fill out the online form, put it in the box and post your saw to us. 

My saw doesn't run very well, can you fix it?

Our workshop can carry out a full check over of your saw to diagnose the problem/s and carry out the repair. 

Where do you get that from? 

Our online store stocks all the latest parts :)

Can I buy a brand-new saw from you?

Yes, we supply Stihl and Echo ready for custom works. 

How/When do I pay?

All payments are due once the work has been completed and the invoice issued. Your saw is not returned to you until full payment is made.
